Shipping Policy

For Australia, all orders ship from Sydney. Shipping is express and to Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney shipping is generally 1-2 business days. To Perth 3-4 business days. Tax is included for all Australian Orders

For North America, Some products are shipped from Texas USA (Waratah) and others are shipped from Australia (Feathertail, Waratah Pro etc). If the product is located in the USA, the shipping cost will be $0. If the product comes from Australia, there will be a standard shipping cost of about $40 AUD and taxes and duties will not be included. If shipping to Canada, be prepared to pay import duty and taxes

For Everywhere else, Products are shipped from Australia without tax or duties included in the price. 

These packages can be tax free to some countries if the value is under customs threshold

In Europe there is VAT of about 20% that is normally charged and an import duty depending on the product. While this is high tax, it is the same taxes you would pay on gear purchased locally - the difference is just that the taxes are charged separately by the postal system instead of being included in a higher list price
