Order Changes & Cancellations

USA & Canada Orders
Please note that our support team responds to emails during AEST business hours, so there may occasionally be delays in replies. We will always do our best to assist with change or cancellation requests, however if your order has already been dispatched by our USA warehouse, or we are unable to confirm the requested change in time, we may not be able to process the request.
Australia & International Orders
For Australian and other international orders, in most cases we will receive your email before the order is dispatched and can usually assist with changes or cancellations upon request.

No change or cancellation request is considered final until you receive confirmation from our team via email or phone.

A cancellation fee of 3% may be retained to cover card processing fees.
