For stock orders, the order can only be cancelled if the item has not shipped yet. 3% fee to cover card fees is applicable


Custom Orders can be cancelled and you can receive a refund if the request is received prior to the start of production, there is a 3% fee to cover card fees.  Production start times are variable, so you will need to contact us to determine the status of the production. You can reach us via our Contact Us page.  Any orders that have been started, may still be cancelled or changed, but may be subject to a 20% fee to cover lost time and materials.
