Length – I recommend sizing close to your total height or a couple inches longer. This leaves room for your feet to avoid touching the end of the footbox. If you are a stomach sleeper, you should definitely size up as you require more room to point your toes without pushing into the footbox loft.


Regular vs Wide - I recommend sizing up to the wide when you can unless you are very thin and/or a back sleeper, The wide is much better at reducing drafts as when its clipped in, the quilt has more room to allow you to move side to side.
